MEMBERSHIP DEFINITIONS
Our membership is representative of contractors, vendors and individuals engaged directly or indirectly in the professional conservation of soil & water across our state.
Our membership is divided into three categories, Active Contractor Members, Associate Members & Sustaining Members.
Any individual, partnership, firm, corporation or agency engaged in furthering the purposes, objectives and the principles of our similar interests are welcome to apply for membership in the appropriate class.
ACTIVE CONTRACTOR MEMBERSHIP
Contractors that are engaged in bonafide land improvement contractors or engaged in providing any of the services below:
Cable/Utility Installation
Directional Boring
Drainage/Irrigation
Dredging
Earthmoving / Land Clearing
Erosion Control
Excavating / Grading
Gravel / Rock Production
Hardscaping
Land Leveling
Landscaping
Open Ditch Work
On Site Waste Management
Paving
Ponds / Dams
Reclamation
Road Boring / Drainage
Septic Systems
Site Prep / Development
Sewer / Water / Underground Utilities
Trucking / Hauling
Terraces / Waterways
Water Management
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP
A person or company actively engaged in manufacturing or selling materials, equipment, supplies or services pertaining to land development and the conservation of water & soils.
SUSTAINING MEMBER
Any person that is genuinely and sincerely interested in the furtherance and promotion of Nebraska LICA, but not eligible for either Active Contractor or Associate membership shall be eligible for membership as a Sustaining member. Sustaining members shall not be entitled to a vote in the Association.
BECOME A MEMBER
Active land improvement contractors or those engaged in a related field of contracting.
